To cast your ballot, please fill out the form bellow and click the

‘Submit Ballot’ button when you are done.

Check the boxes beside a candidate’s name to select or write in an alternate candidate.

We will offer both physical and on-line voting options.

Voting will begin October 2, 2026

Printed Ballots will be available in the office at Octoberfest.

Voting will close October 18 at 11:59 PM

You may vote for the candidate shown or write-in your choice.

You must enter your name, NCHA # and email for the ballot to be submitted.

Multiple ballots submitted with the same NCHA # will be voided. If you think you have made an error, do not try to re-submit.
