Special Year End Awards

DON DODGE

This award is given to the person whose actions and words demonstrate the highest level of respect for other people and animals. The recipient of this award is someone who has integrity and honesty in dealing with others. A person who is trusted and respected by others because of the contributions they make to our sport. This person is admired for the commitment they show to helping people and their horses to become better.

Nominations can be submitted to the AZCHA Board of Directors when someone feels there is a person deserving of this award. The Board will evaluate and select an individual for this award. It is not limited to AzCHA members (may be given nationally) and does not have to be given every year but only at times when an obvious candidate appears.
